The Auto-Saucer is a rotary sauce dispensing system for shelf-stable ready-to-mix with water pizza sauce applications. A heavy-duty, fast and efficient system that consistently and accurately applies the precise amount of sauce while spreading it proportionally onto the dough. The vat will hold roughly 9Quarts/ 2.5gal of sauce. It is reliable with low maintenance, minimal training required, easy to clean, and truly plug-n-play. The programming is customized to each End Users’ specifications: up to 5 dough types and 5 sizes between 6-18″: we can even include a “cup fill” feature. The Auto-Saucer is fully factory assembled and wet-checked prior to shipping.
