The PR46B-D2 is a Steelheart Series Pizza prep table, single section refrigerator with stainless drawers. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100°F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 11.23 cubic feet, this front breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features a dual controller system for ideal temperatures in both the rail and cabinet.
The PR46B-D2 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR46B-D2 includes (6) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size pans, 4″ deep (can accept 6″ deep pans). Equipped with drawer slides constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. A 46″ x 19″ x 0.5″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube. The unit is ETL Safety (US & C) Listed, ETL Sanitation, Georgia Made Certified and includes a six years parts warranty, five years labor warranty, and seven years compressor warranty.
